The AMEB (WA) (Australian Music Examinations Board) has recently selected and purchased two new pianos for their examination rooms.
A new Shigeru Kawai SK-3 grand piano will be placed in Room 1, and a new Kawai K-500 upright piano will be placed in the Kurrajong Theatre, along with K-600 models already used in other examination rooms.
The State Chair of the AMEB (WA) – Mr Graeme Gilling selected the new pianos recently, assisted by Edward Cranfield from Snadens Pianos / Zenith Music.
AMEB selects Kawai Pianos due to the warm, rich, resonant tone, the control and responsiveness of the Millennium III action and the overall reliability and quality of Kawai pianos.
Snadens Pianos is pleased to assist the AMEB in selecting these pianos and to young musician’s progress with such fine instruments.
